Tracking potential members with Google Docs

So, here is a post about another IS tool that is very useful but not one of the "usual ones".

I am going to show you a good tool to track sign-ups for induction, info meetings and interest in memberships. All the signups will get automatically stored in a spreadsheet that you can use then to track who actually attended the introduction meeting and make statistics. You can use this for many things, such as signing up for going on exchange, attending conferences or whatever.

To set it up go to http://docs.google.com and choose "Create new form". Then just add the fields you want and send it by email.

You can even add this form to your www.aiesec.org website, by choosing "More actions" and then "Embed" you will get a piece of HTML code that you can paste into a www.aiesec.org website (or on a blog). It will look like this:
